    Microwave (1000W) Pierce film in several places. Heat from frozen for 3 mins. Remove from microwave, stir meal & replace film and heat for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir before eating. Enjoy the incredible flavours! TRAY NOT SUITABLE FOR OVEN
