How do I register to have NDIS meals delivered?

How do I order NDIS ready-made meals for delivery?

You can order NDIS meal deliveries directly using this website, or via your NDIS Planner or existing provider. For more information, please visit our NDIS page. How much does it cost?

Every person's NDIS plan is different, depending on needs. If delivered, prepared meals are part of the plan, NDIS subsidises meals by covering the cost of meal preparation and delivery. You only need cover the cost of the ingredients, which is a small co-payment of $1.50 to $3.00 per meal. Call 1800 155 255 or email us at hello@goodmeal.com.au and our Customer Care Team will help.

Do you have HACCP approval?

Our state-of-the-art facilities employ over 65 people and have attained the highest international food accreditations, including SQF, HACCP and beyond.

How long will meals keep in the freezer?

Meals arrive frozen, and we recommend popping them into the freezer straight away where they'll keep for up to 30 days.

Can the frozen meals go in the fridge?

Yes, pop them in the fridge as soon as you receive them where they'll keep for 7-9 days. Enjoy fish meals within 7 days and check the use-by date on the meal sleeve before heating.

What do the icons mean next to each meal?

Get ready for a treat! We believe the vegetarian community should be spoilt for choice as much as everybody else, so our chefs have cooked up a storm. Check out our menu of gluten free vegetarian ready-made meal and finger food options here.

Can I entertain my family with your meals?

Our delicious menu makes it incredibly easy for you to have the family over for a meal without the need to shop for ingredients or cook. How do I order my meals?

Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum spend of $55 per order.

When do you deliver to my area?

During the easy order process on our website, you'll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date from the options provided. Alternatively, use the postcode checker to work out which days of the week we deliver to your area.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Good news! With no lock-in contracts, you can order weekly or whenever the need arises — especially useful if you temporarily need an extra helping hand.

How do I trust my payment is secure?

DELIVERY

Do you deliver ready meals Australia wide?

We deliver ready-made meals twice a week to 95% of Australia's population! Enter your postcode into our postcode checker to confirm we deliver to your address. If we don't deliver to your area, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook and we'll update you on our latest delivery area coverage.

How much is delivery?

We're delighted to tell you delivery is FREE!

What time will you deliver?

Expect delivery on your designated delivery day within the 24-hour period. Please do give our friendly Customer Care Team a call on 1800 155 255 or email us at hello@goodmeal.com.au if you foresee any problems.

Do I need to be home?

No, you don't, so if you have an appointment that day or might be going out, don't panic! We leave the box on your front doorstep unless you've provided specific instructions when ordering. We deliver our prepared meals Australia wide in an Esky-style cooler with ice so that it safely holds the correct food temperature for up to 6-8 hours.

What if I live in an apartment, unit or retirement community?

We deliver delicious ready meals to apartments, units, aged care and retirement communities Australia wide, and all the time! You don't have to be home as we pop meals on the doorstep or at reception, depending on your delivery instructions.
