The Good Meal Co. are a Registered NDIS Provider, making it easier to maintain your independence and health at home. Our comprehensive range of nutritious frozen meals and snacks are home delivered for your convenience - ready to heat and enjoy.

You have complete choice and control of your menu selection from our comprehensive range.

There are no lock in contracts, no additional delivery charges or admin fees.

Pay only 20% on all orders for approved NDIS participants

The Good Meal Co. can be funded through your NDIS plan. For approved NDIS participants, you will only need to pay a small co-payment of 20% of the meal cost – making The Good Meal Co. an affordable option.

The co-payment will be charged to your nominated debt or credit card when your orders are placed with our Customer Service Team or via our website. Your NDIS plan will cover the remaining 80% of the meal cost.

Will my NDIS Plan cover the cost of delivered meals?

If funding for meal services is included within your NDIS plan, this will only cover meal preparation and delivery costs. The participant will have to cover the cost of the ingredients in the meal. You can see from our list above what these costs will be per meal.

How much does it cost?

Every person's NDIS plan is different, depending on needs. If delivered, prepared meals are part of the plan, NDIS subsidises meals by covering the cost of meal preparation and delivery. How do I know if I'm eligible for NDIS home delivered meals?

If your NDIS plan has the Preparation and Delivery of Meals line item (01_022_0120_1_1) included, you will be eligible for subsidised home delivered meals.

If you are unsure, you may contact us to arrange a quote which we can submit to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) for review.

Am I locked into a contract?

You are not locked into any contracts and may cancel your meal service with us at no extra cost anytime.

How does payment work?

For your meal cost contribution (cost of ingredients), we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and PayPal. You will pay for your contribution at the time of order.

For the remaining cost which is subsidised through your NDIS plan, we will invoice the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or your plan manager directly.

What NDIS management options are accepted for meal delivery services from Good Meal Co?

Good Meal Co is an NDIS Registered provider, and we accept agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.

What does it mean to be an NDIS registered provider?

An NDIS registered provider is a provider that has gone through a formal registration process with the NDIS and met the requirements as a trusted provider for participants. Good Meal Co has met these requirements and is a Registered NDIS Provider.
