Pierce film in several places. If meal is frozen heat for 2 mins. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating. Stir custard and serve.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C, remove sleeve from meal, peel film on a corner and place into oven. Heat from frozen for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.
