Microwave

Pierce film in several places. Heat from frozen for 6 mins or until cooked through.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C, place fish & wedges on an ovenproof tray and cook for 15 mins or until crispy. Microwave veggies for 40 secs. Serve and enjoy!
