Our Data and Privacy Management

We understand there have been issues raised in the NDIS marketplace about our data and privacy management.

Firstly, we would like to say that there have been no data breaches to our databases and no customer data has been compromised. Also, no payment or credit card details are stored online.

The majority of the statements made in the marketplace are untrue and fabricated. We are an Australian family owned business and take our customers’ privacy and security very seriously.

Our website does allow customers to easily change their password from their account page and as always, we strongly encourage customers to do so. A simple, initial password is used during the account creation process and it is the customer’s discretion to change their account password which is strongly encouraged.

It is also to be noted that if a customer is a NDIS participant or Home Care Package recipient, there are manual processes in place to establish an account and passwords are not issued automatically.

Our company will continue to prioritise our customer privacy and focus on continuous quality improvement.
